Returns.

Customized products

Customized NFC, QR, and printed products may be replaced or refunded when defective, produced incorrectly, or not delivered. Contact BayTech within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Standard products

Unopened, non-customized products may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping may be deducted unless BayTech or the supplier caused the issue.

Cancellations

An order may be canceled before the supplier accepts it. Production orders cannot normally be canceled after acceptance.
